Busoni Days
The season is divided into two series, each with a distinctive programme.
The Busoni Days, which take place in autumn, have been part of the Centre’s activities since its inception in 1976. The programmes are dedicated to Busoni and his contemporaries, with significant space reserved for the music of today, and – in homage to Busoni who was one of the greatest pianist of all time – to the piano repertoire.
The Concerts present quality programmes, chosen mainly from the great classical and romantic repertoire, featuring leading orchestras and soloists. The concerts are usually scheduled for the period from January to April.
